How to Use Carnation Blossoms ▼
- Tea & Infusions: Steep 3–5 dried carnation blossoms in hot water for 5–8 minutes for a lightly sweet, clove-like floral tea. Pair with cinnamon or honey for a warming blend.
- Baked Goods: Fold petals into cake batters, scone dough, or shortbread for a subtle floral flavor and beautiful speckled appearance.
- Cake & Dessert Decoration: Use whole blossoms to garnish cakes, cupcakes, tarts, and panna cotta for a romantic, elegant presentation.
