Ingredients
Papaya Chia Pudding:
1 cup fresh papaya
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1/8 cup coconut cream
White Chia Pudding:
1 1/4 cup soy milk
1/4 cup Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1 -2 tbsp syrup
Papaya Jelly:
1 cup fresh papaya
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Salted Coconut Jelly:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Directions
1. Papaya Chia Pudding – Blend papaya with plant milk until smooth.
Pour in a mason jar along with all other ingredients; mix well. Place it in the chiller for couple of hours before using.
2. White Chia Pudding — Place all ingredients in a mason jar, stir to combine well. Place it in the chiller until ready to be used.
3. Papaya Jelly – Blend papaya along with milk until very smooth. Transfer to a small saucepan along with agar agar powder, cook mixture on low heat until agar agar is completely dissolved (Make sure to stir constantly).
Strain the mixture, then pour directly the jars. Let it chill for 10 minutes before making the next layer.
4. Assembling — Place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook mixture on low heat until agar agar and sugar is completely dissolved (Make sure to stir constantly). Pour directly over papaya jelly layer. Let it chill for 10-15 minutes before assembling. Enjoy!
