For Black Layer:
25 ml coconut milk
35 ml water
3/4 tsp charcoal powder
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
Sugar to taste
For Green Layer:
75 ml water
1/2 tsp agar agar powder
1/8 Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder
Sugar to taste
For White Layer:
1 cup heavy cream/ coconut cream
1 tsp agar agar powder
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1. To Make Eyeballs — Place all step 1 ingredients in a small saucepan, combine everything well using a wire whisk. Bring mixture to a simmer and cook for 1-2 mins. Once agar agar and sugar have melted; bring the mixture to a full boil for 15-30 sec. Turn off the heat. Using a syringe, dollop a drop of black jelly to silicone mold. Set aside. [/directions]
