Ingredients
1 shot expresso
1 tsp maple syrup
¼ + ¼ cup milk (any kind)

1/2 tsp coconut sugar
Directions
1. Microwave the ¼ cup milk with Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Flower Powder for 30 seconds.
2. Fill the glass with ice. Pour in blue milk and other ¼ cup milk and then espresso.
