Milk Ruby Red Radish Jelly:
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder
1 cup of milk
15g sugar
5g agar agar powder

Ruby Red Radish Jelly:
1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder
1 cup of water
15g sugar
5g agar agar powder

1. Add milk, salt to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder, sugar and cook until dissolved, whisking constantly, continue to simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Pour mixture into serving cups. Refrigerate until set.
2. To make the jelly layer. Add water, salt to a saucepan, bring up to a boil. Add agar powder, sugar and cook until dissolved, whisking constantly, continue to simmer for 1 minute. Turn off the heat. Pour mixture the jelly from the mold. Refrigerate until set.
3. Assemble the jelly layer, pour clear jelly mixture on top and refrigerate until set. Serve cold.
