Emerald Pandan Leaf Brownie Cheesecake Bars
St. Patrick's Day is coming up and these no bake Emerald Pandan Leaf Brownie Cheesecake Bars are the perfect treat!
Ingredients
Brownie Base:
3 ripe bananas
125g raw cacao
59g coconut flour
Cheesecake:
1 cup cashew soaked overnight
220g almond cream
220g white vegan cheese
4-5 tbsp agave syrup
1 lemon juice
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Emerald Pandan Leaf Powder
7g cornstarch
Directions
1. Blend together all brownie base ingredients. Press into a pan. Set aside.
2. Blend together all cheesecake ingredients. Pour mixture over brownie base.
3. Freeze for at least 1-2 hours.
4. Cut into bars. Enjoy!
