1 cup rolled oats gluten-free
1 1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1 cup plant milk
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup

1. Combine all ingredients except for Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder. Pour oat mixture into 2 jars. In the first jar add 1 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder and stir until just combined. In a second jar add the remaining half teaspoon of Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder and stir to combine. Put in the fridge overnight. 2. To serve, layer pink pitaya overnight oats to a jar or bowl.
