Pink Pitaya Overnight Oat Chia Jars

Happy Monday! Start your week off right with these stunning Pink Pitaya Overnight Oat Chia Jars. Made with Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder, Black Chia Seeds, and Hemp Seeds, these breakfast jars are both delicious and beautiful. Treat yourself to this delightful dish. It's sure to brighten up your day!

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats gluten-free
1 1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder
1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds
1 cup plant milk
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
2 tbsp maple syrup

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients except for Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder. Pour oat mixture into 2 jars. In the first jar add 1 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder and stir until just combined. In a second jar add the remaining half teaspoon of Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder and stir to combine. Put in the fridge overnight.

2. To serve, layer pink pitaya overnight oats to a jar or bowl. Top with Suncore Foods® Black Chia Seeds, Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds, coconut chips and fruits.
