5g agar agar powder
20g sugar
1.4 tsp Suncore Foods® Pink Pitaya Powder

1. Add water, sugar, to a saucepan, bring up to a boil.
2. Add agar powder, sugar and cook until dissolved, whisking constantly, continue to simmer for 1 minute.
3. Turn off the heat. Add

4. Pour mixture into mold, place the cut dragonfruit on top, refrigerate until set.
5. Remove the jelly from the mold. Serve cold.
