Directions

1. Night before making the parfait, prepare the white chia pudding.
Add all ingredients to a mason jar, stir to combine well. Place it in the chiller until ready to be used.

2. To make the matcha jelly, add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Cook mixture on low heat until sugar and agar agar has completely dissolved. Divide equally to desired jars. Place them in the chiller to set for 5-10 minutes before making the next layer.

3. To make the white Jelly Layer, place all ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook mixture until sugar and agar agar have completely dissolved. Pour over green jelly layer.

4. Once done, place the jars back to the chiller to set for 10 minutes.

5. Mean time, make matcha paste by adding matcha powder with water; mix well.

6. Measure out 1 cup of prepared white chia pudding to a medium sized bowl; add in the matcha paste. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

7. Divide the white chia pudding to the jars.

8. Repeat the same for matcha chia pudding. Enjoy!
