Matcha Mint Cacao Nib Ice Cream
Get the best of both worlds with the perfect flavor combo of Matcha and chocolate! This delectable Matcha Pandan Cacao Mint Nibs Ice Cream will have you saying ice dream! This recipe calls for a dash of Suncore Foods® Emerald Pandan Leaf Powder, Midori Jade Matcha Powder, and Cacao Nibs. It's always a good time for ice cream so you'll definitely want two scoops or maybe 3!
Ingredients
Matcha Mint Ice Cream:
2 cans full fat coconut milk
⅓ cup maple syrup
½ tbsp Suncore Foods® Midori Jade Matcha Powder dissolved in 1 tbsp water
½ cup condensed coconut milk
1 tsp peppermint extract
¼ tsp salt
Topping:
Suncore Foods® Cacao Nibs
Directions
1. Add all ingredients in w blender and blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
2. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to your manufacturer’s instructions. Transfer to an airtight, freezer-friendly container and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until completely frozen. Enjoy.
