    Chocolate Bundt Cake Dry Ingredients:
    1 cup organic all purpose flour
    1/2 cup powdered sugar
    1/3 cup cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    A pinch of salt

    Chocolate Bundt Cake Wet Ingredients:
    3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk
    1/3 cup melted butter / canola oil
    1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

    For the Chocolate Coating:
    125 grams white chocolate
    1/2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Red Beet Powder
    1 tbsp Suncore Foods® Ruby Red Radish Powder
    1/2 tsp Suncore Foods® Cerise Prickly Pear Powder

    1. Chocolate Bundt Cake — Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. First, mix soy milk with apple cider vinegar, set aside while you prepare other ingredients. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl with a wire whisk until well combined. Next, mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl, including the soy mixture. Pour the wet mixture to the dry mixture. With a spatula, mix everything together but do not over mix. Pour the batter over prepared bundt pan and bake for 35 minutes or until a toothpick insert and it comes out clean. Let the cake cool and wire rack.
    2. Chocolate Coating — Place chocolate over double boiler. Once chocolate has melted; stir in all other ingredients. Mix until well incorporated. Brush a layer chocolate mixture on cleaned bundt pan; place bundt cake over chocolate layer then transfer bundt pan to the freezer for couple of minutes. Remove the pan and gently tap on the counter to release the cake. Enjoy!
