Blue Skies Butterfly Pea Cacao Hemp Ice Cream
All we see are blue skies with this Blue Skies Butterfly Pea Cacao Hemp Ice Cream!
Ingredients
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 banana
¼ cup sugar
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds
2 tsp Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder
½ cup fresh blueberries
2 tbsp Suncore Foods® Cacao Nibs
2 tbsp chopped dark chocolate
Directions
1. Add coconut milk, banana, sugar, Suncore Foods® Hemp Seeds, and Suncore Foods® Blue Butterfly Pea Powder to blender and blend until smooth and creamy
2. Pour into chilled ice cream maker and press start. If your ice cream maker has an add in feature, add the blueberries, Suncore Foods® Cacao Nibs, and chopped chocolate at the end of the cycle. If not, add those ingredients after you remove ice cream from ice cream maker, stirring in gently with a large spoon.
3. Freeze until ice cream is firm. Serve with fresh blueberries and shaved dark chocolate.
